Start Mild, build up.

Mild classes are a good fit if you're new to heated classes, returning after a break, or simply prefer gentler warmth. Many people start with a few Mild classes before trying Hot.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

What are Mild classes?

Mild classes are heated to a maximum of 30°C and are marked Mild on the schedule. They run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Are Mild classes easier?

The class itself is the same; only the heat is gentler. Intensity depends on the class type, from restorative Stretch to high-energy Activate.

Should I start with Mild?

If you're new to heated classes, Mild is a comfortable place to start. Drink water before class, take breaks whenever you need them, and move to Hot when you feel ready.

What should I bring?

A mat towel, a refillable water bottle and grip socks. Mats are provided, and towel rentals are available at the studio if you forget yours.

When should I arrive for my first class?

Arrive 10–15 minutes early on your first visit. Doors open 10 minutes before class, and for everyone's safety entry closes 2 minutes after class starts.

Is there parking?

Yes. On-site parking is available at 63 Queen Street South, with more street parking along Queen Street and nearby side streets in Streetsville.

Can I take a heated class if I'm pregnant, injured or have a health condition?

Check with your doctor before taking a heated class, and let your instructor know before class starts so they can suggest modifications. Mild classes (up to 30°C) are a gentler option.
