By accessing or using the Sora Studio website at sorastudio.ca (the “Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Use of Cookies
Our Site uses cookies to enhance functionality and user experience, consistent with our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Site, you consent to cookie usage. Third-party partners (e.g., advertisers) may also employ cookies, which are governed by their respective policies.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Sora Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may access content for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the following restrictions:

  • Do not:

Approval Required: Other organizations (e.g., educational institutions, forums) must request permission via email to info@sorastudio.ca. Include:

Approved links may use our corporate name or Site URL. Unauthorized use of logos requires a trademark agreement.

Studio Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

By enrolling as a member of Sora Studio, you acknowledge reading and agreeing to the following terms:

1. Health & Safety
1.1 Medical Clearance: You confirm that a qualified healthcare provider has assessed your physical fitness within the past six (6) months and cleared you for participation in high-intensity exercise programs.
1.2 Temperature Advisory: Studio temperatures may reach 35°C during sessions. You accept responsibility for any adverse reactions to heat exposure.
1.3 Assumption of Risk: Participation in classes involves strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercises with inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all liability for injuries or damages arising from your actions, including deviations from instructor guidance.

2. Membership & Attendance
2.1 Late Arrival Policy: Doors close two (2) minutes after class start time. Late arrivals forfeit their spot and incur a $20 No-Show Fee.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Membership Plans: Monthly auto-renewing memberships (e.g., Rise, Elevate, Flight tiers) require written cancellation via info@sorastudio.ca 14 days prior to your billing cycle. Pauses are permitted only once semi-annually, and cannot be longer than 1 month. No cancellations are permitted within the defined commitment period (3 months or 6 months) without confirmation of medical proof.
3.2 Late Cancellation/No-Show Fees:

  • Cancel within 12 hours of class: $15 fee.

  • No-shows: $20 fee.

3.3 Non-Transferable & Expiry: All packages, workshops, retreats, and gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

4. Facility Rules
4.1 No In/Out Policy: Once class begins, participants must remain in the studio.
4.2 Personal Belongings: The Studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Retail & Retreat Policies
5.1 Merchandise Returns:

  • Unused, full-price items: Refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • After 14 days: Store credit only. Sale/discounted items are final sale.

5.2 Retreat Cancellations:

  • 90–60 days prior: Forfeit deposit + 15% penalty on remaining balance.

  • 60–30 days prior: Forfeit deposit + 35% penalty.

  • 30–15 days prior: Forfeit deposit + 50% penalty.

  • <15 days prior: Forfeit deposit + 75% penalty.

6. General
6.1 Amendments: Sora Studio reserves the right to update policies. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
6.2 Contact:
