Certain areas of the Site may allow users to post comments or opinions (“User Content”). Sora Studio does not pre-screen, endorse, or assume liability for User Content. By posting, you affirm that:

• You have the legal right to share the content.
• The content does not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy, or applicable laws.
• The content is not defamatory, offensive, or promotional in nature.

You grant Sora Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your User Content for any purpose. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Automatic approval. Government bodies, search engines, news outlets, and accredited businesses, excluding non-profits, charities, and fundraising groups, may link to our Site without prior consent.

Links must not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement by Sora Studio and must fit contextually within the linking site’s content.

Approval required. Other organizations, including educational institutions and forums, must request permission by emailing [email protected]. Include your name, organization, contact details, and the URLs linking to and from our Site.

Approved links may use our corporate name or Site URL. Unauthorized use of logos requires a trademark agreement.

• iFrames: Do not embed our Site within frames that alter its visual design without written permission.
• Content liability: You agree to indemnify Sora Studio against claims arising from content on your website that links to ours.

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to request removal of any or all links to our Site and to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or availability.

Sora Studio disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use. Exclusions do not apply to liability for gross negligence, fraud, or unlawful conduct.

1. Medical clearance. You confirm that a qualified healthcare provider has assessed your physical fitness within the past six months and cleared you for participation in high-intensity exercise programs.
2. Temperature advisory. Studio temperatures may reach 40°C during sessions. You accept responsibility for any adverse reactions to heat exposure.
3. Assumption of risk. Participation involves strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercises with inherent risks. You voluntarily assume liability for injuries or damages arising from your actions, including deviations from instructor guidance.

1. Late arrival policy. Doors close two minutes after class start time. Late arrivals forfeit their spot and incur a $20 no-show fee.
2. Women-only classes. Classes identified as “WOMENS,” including Women’s Wednesdays, are reserved exclusively for women. Men are not permitted to book, attend, observe, or remain in the Studio during these classes. Sora Studio may cancel an ineligible booking or refuse entry without refund or return of the class credit.

Membership plans

• Monthly auto-renewing memberships, including Rise, Elevate, and Flight, require written cancellation via [email protected] at least 14 days before your billing cycle.
• Pauses or freezes are permitted once every six months for 7–90 days. Remaining time in the current billing cycle is preserved and the renewal date shifts accordingly.
• No cancellations are permitted during a three- or six-month commitment without confirmed medical documentation.
• If cancelled before the commitment ends, the remaining balance for the term is charged immediately as outlined in the Membership Purchase Agreement.
• Upgrades may be made during a commitment and take effect on the next billing cycle. Downgrades are available only after the commitment is complete.
• Promotional pricing applies only to eligible new memberships and cannot be combined, transferred, renewed, reactivated, upgraded, or downgraded unless Sora Studio states otherwise.
• Sora Studio may modify, refuse, revoke, or cancel a promotion when it is misused or a client violates Studio policies or the Code of Conduct.

Credit usage

• Credits are allocated per membership cycle and must be used within that cycle.
• Credits are valid only for the member and cannot be transferred.
• Advance bookings outside the current cycle deduct from the next month’s allocation.
• Guest credits may be purchased separately as a top-up.

Late cancellation and no-show fees

• Cancellations within eight hours for non-members or four hours for members incur a $15 late cancellation fee.
• No-shows incur a $20 fee.
• Where a grace cancellation applies, it returns the fee only, not the class credit.

Non-transferable and expiry. All packages, workshops, retreats, and gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

• No in/out policy. Once class begins, participants must remain in the studio.
• Personal belongings. The Studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Merchandise returns

• Unused, full-price items may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• After 14 days, store credit only. Sale and discounted items are final sale.

Retreat cancellations

• 90–60 days before: deposit forfeited plus 15% of the remaining balance.
• 60–30 days before: deposit forfeited plus 35% of the remaining balance.
• 30–15 days before: deposit forfeited plus 50% of the remaining balance.
• Fewer than 15 days before: deposit forfeited plus 75% of the remaining balance.

Sora Studio may update these policies. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

Sora Studio is committed to a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for members, guests, instructors, and staff. We may suspend or terminate memberships, class packs, promotions, event registrations, or Studio accounts without refund if a client:

• Engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour.
• Repeatedly abuses Studio policies, booking privileges, promotions, or membership benefits.
• Provides false or misleading information or engages in fraudulent activity.
• Compromises the safety, wellbeing, experience of others, or Studio operations.

Where appropriate, Sora Studio may provide a warning. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access when necessary.
